On October 30th, 2010, Issue and Symposium of China Corporate Governance Index was held by the Research Center of Corporate Governance of Nankai University in Beijing. The Company and other 9 Companies were awarded the prizes of “Best Corporate Governance” of 2010 Corporate Governance Evaluation of Chinese Listed Companies.

The Research Center of Corporate Governance of Nankai University is an authoritative research institution in the field of corporate governance in China. Since 2003, the Chinese Corporate Governance Index (CCGI^NK) and Report on Corporate Governance of Chinese Listed Companies have been launched for eight years and have significant influence on domestic theory circles and practice circles. They are acclaimed as a barometer which reflects the status of corporate governance of China listed companies. The samples used for preparing the corporate governance index this year are from the public information and relevant database disclosed by the end of April 30th, 2010. 1,261 non-financial institutions of main board were determined as valid samples. The top 10 Best Corporate Governance Companies were finally selected through the analysis from these 1,261 companies.
