On 1 November 2010, the Hong Kong Management Association (“HKMA”) announced the awards of the 2010 HKMA Best Annual Reports Competition. The Company won the bronze in “General” Category. This is the higher level prize the Company has achieved following by the price of Citation for Corporate Governance and the price of Honorable Mention awarded in 2008 and 2009 respectively.

The Best Annual Reports Awards is an annual competition organized by the Hong Kong Management Association since 1973. The main objective of the awards is to encourage the publication of accurate, informative, well presented and timely annual reports and financial reports. The main judgment criteria includes: the financial reporting standards, the disclosure requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, provision of information relating to corporate governance, general presentation, summary of past results and highlights, management discussion and analysis, indications of prospects, employee relations and development, promptness of reporting.
