On 31 August 2009, the Company held the 2009 Interim Results Presentation in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, respectively. There were 25 foreign and domestic institutional investors and 17 foreign and domestic media participated in the conferences. At the conferences, Mr. Yang Hai reported the interim results and performances of the Company and answered participants’ questions together with the senior management.

During 1-2 September 2009, Mr. YANG Hai, Chairman, Ms. WU Qian, Company Secretary, and Ms. ZHENG Zheng, IR Manager had non-deal road-show in Hong Kong and met 13 institutional investors by one-on-one meetings and luncheon meetings, and held teleconference with 15 domestic institutional investors in Shenzhen. They communicated with investors in the sectors of interim results，operating performance and development planning, etc.
