The year 2010 is the twentieth anniversary of the establishment of China capital market and Shanghai Stock Exchange (abbreviated to “SSE”). To commend the best in corporate governance and to promote the best practice, SSE set up three awards including Board of Directors Award 2010, Information Disclosure Award 2010, and Excellent Independent Directors Award 2010. The top 10 units or individuals were selected into each special award by expert committee. With the outstanding performance in corporate governance and information disclosure, Shenzhen Expressway Company Limited and other nine listed companies including China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd, won the Information Disclosure Award 2010.

On December 18th, 2010, Mr. Yang Hai, Chairman of the Company, participated and received the award in the 9th China Corporate Governance Forum organized by SSE and supported by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development.
