On June 22nd, 2011, the ceremony of the 4th Annual Best Board of Directors of Listed Companies Rankings in China organized by Moneyweek held in Shenzhen. Mr. Wu Yade, Executive Director and President of Shenzhen Expressway, received the award of “2011 The Most Valuable President of Listed Companies in China” in the ceremony.
Based on the perspective to the board, Moneyweek associated with professional organizations to analyze and evaluate the value of board of directors of listed companies according to five elements, including return of capital, level of strategic management, governance of board of directors, social responsibility and management of market value. The judging panels took the data of more than 2,000 listed companies as research samples. By objective analysis and company visits, it was cited 7 awards, including “2011 The Best Board of Directors of Main Board Listed Companies in China”, “2011 The Fastest-Value-Creating Board of Directors of Listed Companies in China”, and “2011 the Most Valuable President of Listed Companies in China”.
